The product

Unplanned motor failure stops production lines. This monitor samples vibration at 4 kHz through DMA, runs Matrix Profile anomaly detection at the edge, and flags developing faults to an Android app over BLE — before the bearing dies.

Designed as a deployable product: FreeRTOS task architecture, failure-handling strategy, and OTA updates so firmware improves after installation.
